A working outline for the agreement that will define authorised installation and use of Blast Forge, Full View, MegaPit, and future PitSphere services.
PITSPHERE / PRIVATE FOUNDATIONThis software licence outline is a working draft, not a final legal agreement. PitSphere is the trading name of an individual sole proprietor in South Africa. The operator’s legal identity, service address, countries of sale, products, licence model, and data practices must be completed before commercial transactions begin.
The final agreement will identify the individual software owner operating under the PitSphere trading name and grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the purchased product within the authorised user, device, team, site, and term limits shown in the order.
Each order must identify the licensed product, edition, operating environment, authorised quantity, licence period, support level, and any included connected service or integration.
The agreement should address unauthorised copying, resale, sublicensing, circumvention of licence controls, reverse engineering subject to applicable law, and use beyond the ordered operating scope.
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of their inputs, engineering review, operational decisions, backups, user access, and safe use of outputs. Software supports professional judgement and does not replace site procedures, regulatory duties, or competent review.
The final agreement must define included updates, support channels, licence renewal, verification, suspension, termination, post-termination access, and any obligations to remove licensed copies.
Warranty scope, exclusions, liability limits, indemnities, governing law, dispute resolution, and mandatory local rights require professional legal review before any licence is sold.
