PITSPHERE / PRIVATE FOUNDATIONThis website terms document is a working draft, not a final legal agreement. PitSphere is the trading name of an individual sole proprietor in South Africa. The operator’s legal identity, service address, countries of sale, products, licence model, and data practices must be completed before commercial transactions begin.
The public website describes PitSphere products, licensing options, demonstrations, support routes, and authorised member downloads. Product purchases and software use are also subject to the applicable order and software licence agreement.
Product descriptions should reflect released capabilities. Roadmap features, browser services, integrations, prices, and release dates must be clearly distinguished from currently available functionality.
Visitors may use the website for legitimate evaluation and business enquiries. Attempts to disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access, misrepresent affiliation, or misuse protected material should be prohibited.
PitSphere names, product names, visual identity, software, documentation, demonstrations, and website content remain protected by their respective rights. Public access does not transfer ownership or grant a software licence.
The final terms must identify the individual sole proprietor contracting under the PitSphere trading name, governing law, consumer or business-only sales position, warranties, liability limits, dispute process, and official contact route.
